Trails

The Trails is located in beautiful Ormond Beach .  It is a fully developed deed restricted community with 990 residential homes, located on 700 plus acres of land.  Its close proximity to the west within minutes is interstate 95 and to the east beautiful beaches.

Through the purchase of your property in the Trails, you automatically become a member of the Trails Homeowners Association, Inc.  It is this association that owns and maintains the common areas, i.e...7 miles of bike paths, Community Building and Swimming Pool, which are all part of your amenities.

The Trails swimming pool is located behind the Community Building and is opened for the season in April and closes in November and is for homeowners and their guests ONLY.  The pool is an Olympic size and has paid pool attendants on duty when the pool is open.  Full time attendants starting June 6.

The Trails is adjacent to the Ormond Beach recreational center, upscale shopping center, numerous restaurants and close to banking.  The development consists of rolling hills with canopy oak trees throughout the association.  The community is family orientated as it is close to schools.

Other conveniences available to you for a nominal fee are R.V. compound and the rental of the Community Building.  The Trails Racquet Club, even though it is located within the association, is not part of the association.

Basic responsibilities are prompt payment of your quarterly dues, and compliance with the recorded Covenants & Restrictions which govern The Trails Homeowners Association, Inc.
